If for any reason the girdle you ordered has to be exchanged for another size, color or style, there is no problem. You have 30 days to make any return from the day you receive your order. Products in the Clearance category are final sale.

We only make changes. We do not make refunds.
The sash must be in its original bag.
Not be:
used
washed
stained
with deodorant marks.
broken or damaged
We ask that you try the shapewear on top of your underwear.
After entering your payment request you will receive an email with a free return label for you to download and attach to the package.

If a second exchange is necessary, the customer is responsible for shipping it back to our distribution center and shipping it back to the home.
The girdle will be inspected upon receipt as long as it complies with the rules of our returns policy, it will be processed in 3-7 days.
Cancellations: If it is necessary to cancel your order, you have 6 hours after receiving confirmation of your order. Please let us know at orders@fajascolombianassale.com. After 6 hours cancellations cannot be accepted.
